1. Direct Debit Request (DDR) Authorization
By agreeing to this document, you authorise Roo’s Champs Pty Ltd (ABN 55686074911) to arrange for funds to be debited from your nominated bank account through the Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS). These debits will be processed by Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd on our behalf.

2. Payment Terms

Payments will be debited automatically on a weekly or monthly basis, as selected at time of booking.

You will receive confirmation of your booking and first payment upon checkout.

Each subsequent debit will occur automatically unless paused or cancelled by you.

3. Changes, Cancellations, or Pauses

You may:

Cancel or modify your direct debit at any time by emailing support@rooschamps.com.

Pause payments with at least 3 business days’ notice before your next debit.

Alternatively, you may contact your bank directly to stop payments.

4. Failed Payments
​
If a payment is unsuccessful (e.g. due to insufficient funds), you may:

Be charged a dishonour fee by your bank.

Have your enrolment paused until the payment is resolved.

5. Disputes
If you believe a debit has been made in error, contact us at support@rooschamps.com. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. You may also contact your financial institution for independent resolution.

6. Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. While Roo’s Champs Pty Ltd is currently exempt from the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), we voluntarily adhere to best practices in managing personal data.
Collection and Use: We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment confirmations to manage your recurring payments and class bookings. This information is used solely for providing our services and communicating with you about your account.
Payment Information: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full bank account or credit card numbers. We retain only the necessary payment details, such as transaction references and amounts paid, to confirm and track payments.
Data Storage and Security: Your information is stored securely, and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, or unauthorized access. We retain your data only as long as necessary for business or legal purposes.
Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers, such as payment processors and IT support, who assist us in delivering our services. These providers are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of your information and use it only for authorized purposes.
Access and Corrections: You may request access to your personal information or ask us to correct any inaccuracies by contacting us. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
